ABOUT COLLINS FRESH PRODUCE

BREAD

Pre-Order before 10:30am on the previous working day. Monday pre-orders should be received on Friday before 10:30am. Alterations to bread orders must be made before the appropriate order time or delivery will be made.

PREPARED VEGETABLES/FRUIT

Pre-Order before 11am on the previous working day. Monday pre-orders should be received before 11am on Friday. Alterations to prepared vegetables/fruit orders must be made before the appropriate order time, or delivery will be made.

MAIN ORDER

Caterers with daytime catering, orders to be placed by 4pm the day before delivery, additions to your order can be made later in the day by telephone or on the voice mail service overnight if necessary (01604 648814). Caterers with evening catering orders can be placed up to 1am on the working day of delivery. Orders may also be placed by fax on 01604 648815, or online via our order forms

DELIVERIES

Deliveries will be made as near to preferred delivery time as possible. Any major hold ups will be reported to you by telephone.

QUALITY

In the unlikely event of any quality issues/short deliveries, this should be reported to the sales office as soon as possible in order to correct your order at the earliest possible time.

STANDING ORDERS

Alterations to standing orders must be made before 12 noon on the previous working day. Alterations to bread and prepared vegetables/fruit must be made before the appropriate order time.

CREDIT NOTES

Missing products must be reported within 24 hours for credit.
